Baby Roo
Birthday Celebrations...
BabyRoo's first birthday required some crafting! We had a joint party with 4 of James' friends - I made them all one of these posters. The words, colours and pictures were all different and are adaptable to whatever you fancy!
Baby Clothes
Baby costumes
MinionWhat a grumpy looking minion! Eating blue spaghetti as well.... The hat was the only real crafting here - but for my first go at crocheting, I'm pretty pleased!
|
Mr BumpOur first world book day.. for nursery. The baby gets approximately 14 accident forms a month, so this seemed appropriate.
|
Peter PanMade for some bigger children, so not really fitting our baby! Still pretty cute! Peter Pan and Captain Hook!
|
Girly HatDad reckons this is too girly for a boy. I put him in it anyway. Knitted in cream wool, with holes created by knitting stitches together.
|
The Jolly Green GiantThe sleeves on this cardigan were waaaay too big for him at first.. they're starting to fit now, 3 months on! I love the 'beading' pattern on this one :-)

Monthly Photos
He's growing so fast! I've taken the blackboard painted frame idea combined with and idea I saw on Pinterest to track the growth of a baby, taking his photo in front of the same object each month, wearing the same clothes. I've just got to keep different ways of writing month each time - the graphic design side of my husband keeps nagging me about my font design and letter placement. Maybe by 12 months I'll have improved... 3 months so far, 9 more to go. When we get to a year, we'll frame all the pictures together to display!
